Michael Stafford

Michael is the owner of The Chapter Coach.

Michael is the Senior Coaching Panel Partner at Futureneerz.

Michael is an Associate Coach with Blanchard, a leading global provider of coaching services.

Michael is an Associate Consultant with the Health and Social Care Leadership Centre in Northern Ireland.

Michael is also, the Co-founder of Self-care Sunday Sessions, a monthly self care workshop based in Dublin.

Michael is recognized as a Thought Leader in his field as People Development Consultant with expertise in Coaching, Human Resources, Health & Safety and L&D.

Michael is working towards Professional Coach Certification (PCC) with the International Coaching Federation. Michael held the position of President of ICF Ireland Chapter from January 2020 until December 2021, having worked previously as Director of Events since 2018.

The Chapter Coach has a particular interest in Mental Health and volunteers with Aware as a Support Line Volunteer. He is passionate about giving back and works with the unemployed to assist them finding careers.

Michael completed a radio and podcasting course in 2024 at the South East Technological University in Waterford and will launch his podcast CANWETALKSENSE in 2025 as well as training to become a celebrant!

Fun facts: Michael trained as a Barista in 2023. 

He lives in Wexford with his husband JR and furbaby Fergus,
