Michael Stafford

Michael Stafford is the owner of The Chapter Coach Training and Consultancy Services Limited. He works as a coach, consultant and facilitator, helping people and organisations develop through coaching, human resources and learning and development.

Michael is a Senior Coaching Partner with Futureneerz, an Associate Coach with Blanchard and an Associate Consultant with the Health and Social Care Leadership Centre in Northern Ireland.

Recognised as a Business All-Star Thought Leader in 2025, Michael brings experience across people development, coaching, HR and health and safety. He served as President of the ICF Ireland Chapter from January 2020 to December 2021, following his appointment as Director of Events in 2018.

Michael cares deeply about mental health and giving back. His volunteer work has included supporting people through Aware and helping people who are unemployed explore their next career steps.

​

In 2024, Michael completed a radio and podcasting course at South East Technological University in Waterford. He is developing his podcast, Can We Talk Sense, and plans to publish his first children’s coaching book, featuring Ollie the Owl, in 2026.

​

Michael trained as a barista in 2023. He lives in Wexford with his husband, JR, and their dogs, Fergus and Lally.
