Michael Stafford

Michael is the owner of The Chapter Coach Training and Consultancy Services Limited. The Chapter Coach helps organisations achieve results by ensuring lasting change in its people and sustainable business practices and procedures.

Michael is the Senior Coaching Panel Partner at Futureneerz.

Michael is an Associate Consultant with the Health and Social Care Leadership Centre in Northern Ireland.

Michael is also, the Co-founder of Self-care Sunday Sessions, a monthly self care workshop based in Dublin.

He is a People Development Consultant with expertise in Coaching, HR, Health & Safety and Learning and Development.

Michael is working towards Professional Coach Certification (PCC) with the International Coaching Federation. Michael held the position of President of ICF Ireland Chapter from January 2020 until December 2021, having worked previously as Director of Events since 2018.

The Chapter Coach enable our clients to create cultures whose hallmarks are high performing, collaborative teams led by effective and trust building leaders. We work with all our clients, both individuals and organisations, across the globe to enable greatness and ensure sustainable growth while delivering improved results for key stakeholders.

The Chapter Coach has a particular interest in Mental Health and works with Aware as a Support Line Volunteer. He is passionate about giving back and works with the unemployed to assist those finding careers.
